Terms and Conditions for Our Online Training Courses

All terms and conditions outlined below apply to all registrations for our online training courses.

Eligibility

You must be 4 years old or older to participate in the online training course on the Tamkeen platform. You do not need sufficient fluency in Arabic, which is the language in which the course is offered.

Payment / Registration

• The course fees (“fees”) must be paid in full at the time of registration. Registration is not complete until the Tamkeen platform receives full payment of the fees. You are responsible for payment, even if the fees are paid by a third party. After registration, you will receive an email from Tamkeen confirming your enrollment in the online training course.

• The fees consist of the registration fee. Courses will be charged in euros. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information. Submitting your registration, along with full payment of the fees, constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by You

Your right to cancel your registration with Tamkeen and obtain a refund depends on the nature of the course you paid for.

Certification Courses:

You have the right to cancel your registration for a certification course with Tamkeen at any time up to 3 days after the online training course begins. You will receive a full refund for any payments you made.

Live Courses:

You also have the right to cancel your registration for a certification course on the Tamkeen platform after the first free lesson from the date of purchase.

To exercise your cancellation rights as outlined above, please notify us in writing via email at Cancel@tamkeen.academy. Please include the name of the online training course in the subject of your email.

If you cancel your registration for an online training course at any time after the periods outlined above, you will not be entitled to a refund, except in exceptional circumstances, which will be at the sole discretion of the Tamkeen platform. If a refund is granted, an administrative fee may be charged.

Cancellation by Us

Tamkeen reserves the right to cancel the online training course by sending you written notice (including via email) at any time prior to the scheduled start date of the course. Tamkeen will refund all fees you have paid, and if possible, will seek to offer a transfer to another course as an alternative, subject to payment or refund of any price difference.

Tamkeen’s liability upon cancellation of the online training course is limited to the refund of the fees or any other charges paid for the canceled online training course. All dates are subject to change; however, notice of such change will be provided, and no refunds will be issued for any rescheduled sessions.

Please contact us at +966506891263 to arrange your refund under this paragraph. You may need to wait up to 6 weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Course Content

The course description is intended to indicate only the general nature of the course and does not guarantee content. Tamkeen reserves the right to modify the course and adjust the details at its discretion.

Tamkeen is not responsible if you fail to meet the online training course requirements, and you must ensure that you allocate sufficient time to allow you to successfully complete the online training course. Refunds are only available as outlined in paragraph 3 above.

Student Behavior

By continuing to access or use the online training course and the website www.tamkeen.academy (“the site”), or any content available through the online training course and/or on the site, you signify your agreement to the terms below. "Tamkeen" may modify these terms and conditions from time to time.

Tamkeen grants you a limited license to access and use the content available through the online training course and/or on the website in connection with the online training course in which you are enrolled. As a condition of this license, you agree to the following:

• All materials—including but not limited to texts, photographs, videos, audio, images, and any other content—appearing in the online training course and/or on the website are protected by copyright and/or other proprietary rights of Tamkeen and/or other third parties. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, and privacy rights in the United States, the United Kingdom, and any other jurisdiction from which you access the site.

• You may not copy any content from the online training course and/or on the website. You may not sell any content or offer it for sale, or allow third parties to access it, or use this content to create any type of database. You may use content from the online training course and/or on the website only for personal, non-commercial use.

• Any violation of these terms may result in your expulsion from the online training course and/or the Tamkeen platform, and you may be subject to fines and penalties.

• You agree to keep secure any username and password required to access the online training course. You will notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your username and/or password.

• Access to the online training course may not be legal for some individuals or in certain countries. When accessing the online training course and/or the website, you are responsible for complying with the laws of your country.

• Tamkeen reserves the right to remove you from the online training course and/or the website if you do not respect these guidelines and/or Tamkeen staff and/or your fellow students.

Data Protection

By registering on the Tamkeen platform and paying the fees, you consent to Tamkeen collecting and using your personal data.

Technical Requirements

The online training course is facilitated through an online learning management system. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate hardware and software requirements, along with access to Wi-Fi, to participate in the course. You will need to ensure that you have the appropriate technology at the time of registration, as you will be provided with registration details.

Tamkeen is not responsible for any errors or failures regarding your ability to access the online training course or the website or any related materials, including when these errors or failures result from:

• Loss of connection on Tamkeen;
• Software malfunctions or issues online; and/or
• Failures or issues with your internet, computer, or system.

In the event of a situation not covered by these terms and conditions, Tamkeen reserves the right to take any reasonable and fair action it deems appropriate.
